Schedule: Monday-Thursday (10AM-6:30PM) and Friday (8AM-4:30PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage digital tools to interview patients, gather medical information, and accurately measure vital signs.
• Utilize electronic records to document patient history, vital statistics, and test results.
• Innovate specimen collection techniques for efficient logging and testing preparation.
• Assist physicians with state-of-the-art instruments and perform modern procedures such as phlebotomy and medication administration.
• Employ agile methodologies to maintain and prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Implement breakthrough sterilization techniques for instruments and manage biohazard waste efficiently.
• Provide virtual consultations to discuss test results and health concerns with patients.
• Ensure all specimens are labeled and tracked accurately for lab processing.
• Champion safety standards by participating in performance improvement programs and adhering to OSHA compliance.
• Utilize technology to maintain supply inventories and manage stock checks for expired items.
• Foster team synergy and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced certifications in healthcare technology are a plus.
• Maintain up-to-date BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in healthcare roles with a focus on digital tools and data integration preferred.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
• Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced, tech-driven environments and multitask effectively.
• Commitment to innovative preventive health care practices and collaborative team dynamics.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish enhances community impact.
• Phlebotomy skills and a passion for continuous learning and applying new healthcare techniques.
